Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all tags attached and the invoice included; our team will verify the request within 48 hours.

Reverse Pickup

Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address at a time convenient for you.

After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item.
